Basic Information
The Timed Mine is a simple device. Stick it somewhere, count to four. Timed mines are difficult to use in combat because four seconds is a long time to predict your quarry's actions. With practice, it becomes second nature, but until then, you might want to toss one, and trigger it with a bullet when someone passes by the device.
Goldeneye Source Note:
Until the "rolling explosions" effect is implemented, explosives will deal significantly larger amounts of damage, to offset the fact that players won't be struck by both blast and fire effects.
