In this mode, MI6 team has a president that they need to escort to an escape zone. Janus must kill the president! Simple right?

Gameplay follows normal rules, except the President may only use Slappers, and cannot pick up any weapons. MI6 starts with PP7's, and Janus starts with DD44 Dostoveis. There would be some extra weapons around the map. The president starts with full armor and health. There would be two options: either players die for the whole round, or they respawn. When respawn is allowed, after a certain number of deaths (proposed, four) they would only spawn with slappers to encourage staying alive. Janus players spawn near the escape zone. When there are more models it could be model based with Janus being the villains and vice versa. The mode could have selectable weapon patterns, with a default protect the president one. There could be an option to limit time. If MI6 rescues him quickly (Quickly would vary depending on the level) they get to spawn with a submachine gun, or something better than a PP7. If Janus is able to hold them off for a certain amount of time they win the round. There could be a zone near the MI6 spawn, where if Janus is able to hold them back from passing there (Either the whole round, or a certain amount of time) they spawn with KF7 Soviet's. Spawning with better weapons could be serverside. Another serverside option if you have role reversal off, and weapon rewards on, is that the winning team would get better weapons and lose the player. To make this balanced the winning team would get weapons slightly better than those placed in the map.

For Discussion

  • Should normal weapon spawns be used, or should this mode use unique weapon spawn patterns, for example, only half of the weaponspawns are active and are limited to the less powerful weapons, like Klobb, D5K Deutsche, and Shotgun?
  • How to deal with problematic conduct, such as the MI6 team ignoring their objective. Time-limited rounds, perhaps?
  • Role reversal: Would matches be more balanced if the players automatically switched teams after a certain number of rounds, or after a successful escape, for example?
